Cozy and good
5min to metro stations (Gotanda is a major interchange), 40min to Haneda Airport. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The washer cum dryer is the gem in the room.
The bed, blanket and pillows could be better.

Wonderful
The location is great with whole lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Also a stone's throw away from Gotanda train station. The staff are nice and helpful Additional: there is a coffee machine in the lobbt. which serves a surprisingly nice coffee. It function from 7 am to midnight and it's free
As it is a hotel originally catered for Japanese business travelers who need somewhere to stay for the night, it might be narrow for those who have big luggages. Not a negative, but something to bear in mind for those looking for spacious rooms

Wonderful
Location was great, very close to JR and Asakusa Subway line. Comfortable bed. Great washer/dryer that actually worked!
The only negative was when opening the window the cooking smells from the nearby buildings came through into the room.

Great Gotanda hotel.
Everything I needed I was in the room. Great bed and choice of pillows. Use of washing machine. Location was perfect for my needs. Real Tokyo. Very clean, thank you to the housekeeping staff. Roomy nightshirt. Helpful staff Complimentary coffee.
Some guests on my floor had a few rooms together, were noisy in the morning and cooked food which I could smell. Not the hotel's fault.
